How much is shipping?
To get a shipping cost for your item, click the "add to cart" button and then click "checkout now." Your shipping cost will be calculated based on where you are shipping to. Shipping is free in the United States for orders $149 and over.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes. However, please choose Standard Shipping option if you choose to ship to a PO Box. We are unable to ship to a PO Box with Two-Day and One-Day ship methods.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not ship internationally from our webstore. However, international shipping is available when you shop from our eBay Store . Please contact us at support @ mahjongpros.com
Can I pick up my items in person?
We'd love to meet you in person. Unfortunately, Mahjong Pros is a mail order business and we do not have a store or showroom.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time of your order payment. Business days are Monday through Friday not including postal holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. birthday, Washington's birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans’ Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).
